NPZ format (read with numpy.load):
ids: OpenStreetMap node IDs, sorted; coords: corresponding latitude/longitude.
start, end: directed edge endpoint node IDs.
km: road geometry length; minutes: estimated travel time.
sourceSegments: number of original road geometry segments.
Degree-two geometry nodes are compressed while preserving segment lengths.
Road classifications: motorway, trunk, primary, secondary, tertiary,
unclassified, residential, living_street and corresponding links.
Roads explicitly restricted for vehicles/heavy goods vehicles or with
maxweight below 18 tonnes are excluded. Traffic and turn restrictions,
current closures and actual access conditions are not represented.

This open database contains generic roads only. It contains no warehouse
locations or commercial delivery prices. The downloadable road database is
offered under the ODbL 1.0, including its share-alike requirements.
